  • "Platform" refers to the HiperCrowd website and mobile application.
  • "Services" include project posting, training services, payment processing, and other features provided by HiperCrowd.
  • "User" refers to freelancers, companies, and other individuals or entities using the Platform.
  • "Content" means any text, images, videos, or other materials uploaded or posted on the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Project and Training Services

Companies may post projects and training requirements on the Platform. Freelancers may apply for these opportunities. HiperCrowd facilitates connections but is not responsible for the quality of work or services provided. Users are encouraged to use our dispute resolution system if issues arise.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Project payments are held in escrow until project completion. HiperCrowd may charge fees for certain services as outlined in our pricing structure.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Content. By posting Content on the Platform, you grant HiperCrowd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content for Platform purposes. You agree not to post Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

HiperCrowd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for other reasons we deem necessary. You may also terminate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HiperCrowd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiperCrowd's liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

HiperCrowd may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
